Auto-non-fiction
Auto-non-fiction is literature to me, not self-help. I write about my own life, but what I mainly see in it is material for a text. Literature saves in the literal sense: it lets you step outside your life, throw its image on the wall and look at yourself in it.

Synu, jesteś kotem
autobiographical non-fiction written with the author’s son · Cyranka
A book about how to love and truly see a child who does not meet a parent's expectations. My son, who is on the autism spectrum and was seventeen at the time, speaks in it in his own voice.
important for parents of neurodivergent children, and not only for them— Justyna Sobolewska · Polityka · 24.01.2023
A purely literary project, unsparingly honest about myself, in which I examine the process of being diagnosed with ADHD and what it does to me. About emotions, relationships and the animal of the mind that is hard to tame.
